In addition to IBM support, we can provide, upon request, 2nd and 3rd level support to help you analyze problems. Guaranteed availability at specified times, as well as access to our ticket system are but two of the advantages provided. Our support specialists know how your system environment is presently configured, which facilitates the analysis of a problem. Hand in hand with you, we define fault priorities and attribute corresponding service level agreements (SLAs). The different phases of troubleshooting and the documented conclusions can be consulted directly in the Ticket system. Should it prove impossible to solve the problem immediately, we summon a suitable specialist. In this manner, we make sure that your problem is solved as quickly as possible to your full satisfaction.

Training

Whether you would like to receive a standard IBM training or a Maximo training tailored to the roles and tasks of your staff members, we are your ideal partner. All training courses are directed by persons who have already used Maximo in practice and who can bring their own experience into the course. Standard IBM training courses are based on IBM documents and systems. For individual courses, we shall gladly also create individual course material and carry out the training on your own system. Basic Maximo training

Standard IBM Maximo Training

IBM Maximo Asset Management Fundamentals is an official IBM course aimed at employees responsible for maintenance, buying, storage, installations, as well as operational planning. This course, enriched with many examples from practical life, provides not only a general overview of the most important modules, but also detailed instructions on how to use the individual Maximo functions. Every participant receives access to a standard Maximo for completing the exercises.

EAM individual Maximo training

Training courses are most effective when students can apply what they have seen and learned to their own system. Within EAM individual training courses, processes from your enterprise serve as the basis for training your staff members. The training is performed on your test system, so that students can immediately use what they have learnt in a productive way. Examples and course material will be created individually and can be used later as reference. There is no more efficient way of training for your employees.

 

Training administrators

The course is prepared individually, together with you, so that you can operate Maximo in the very way required for your enterprise. Classical administration matters, such as start center configuration, user administration or safety groups, can be covered, as well as value lists, data structures or general system properties. Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is an advantage for this course.

Introduction to Maximo Scheduler

Maximo Asset Management Scheduler is a comprehensive work management tool. It allows schedulers and planners to gain a graphical overview of all work orders and time schedules for preventive maintenance in the form of a Gantt diagram. A short introduction gives students a general overview of the functions of the Maximo Scheduler. Simple examples make it easier to start using the Scheduler. Within the process, you learn which basic data are necessary and should be regularly maintained.

Introduction to Maximo Workflow

Workflows to support internal processes are also becoming more popular within Maximo. Within this introduction to the functions and application possibilities of Workflow, concrete examples show how Workflows is built from the bottom up and how it should be applied. Details will be provided about actions, roles, communication templates, escalations and proxies and how to include them directly in the examples provided. After completing this course, every participant will be able to create automatic Workflows for his enterprise to optimally support, simplify and speed up internal processes.
